“Rabbi Yoḥanan said to his student, “Give me your hand.” Rabbi Elazar gave him his hand,
and Rabbi Yoḥanan helped him stand and restored him to wholeness.“
Babylonian Talmud, Brakhot 5b
I’m here to help you discover what you already know
As a clergy coach, I view my sacred role as walking alongside you—whether you’re considering your next professional move, navigating the complexities of congregational leadership, or simply trying to reconnect with your sense of purpose and calling. Having served in the pulpit myself, I understand how lonely, demanding, and profoundly meaningful this journey can be.
The insight we seek is already present, waiting to be felt and heard
My coaching is grounded in the belief that you are whole, resourceful, and wise. Together, we create a space where you can listen deeply to your mind, heart, and body. We don’t just talk about the challenges; we slow down enough to feel what’s happening in the moment. Sometimes, this means pausing to notice where tension lives in your shoulders, or what sensations arise when faced with a difficult decision. The body holds so much unspoken truth, waiting to be acknowledged and understood.
I am a “guide on the side”
Whether you are preparing for a career transition, experiencing burnout, or facing a complex leadership dilemma, my approach is not to provide solutions but to accompany you with curiosity and compassion. I reflect what I observe and sense, offering questions that open doors, and help you reconnect with the values and vision that initially inspired you to pursue this work.
Integrate head and heart, intellect and intuition
Our work together may incorporate somatic tools, Jewish spiritual wisdom, leadership frameworks, and your own lived experience. Together, we will explore how to embody authenticity, resilience, and integrity in your leadership and life.
