I partner with individuals, communities, and organizations who are experiencing seasons of change, opportunity, and growth.
My journey into this work has been shaped by decades of diverse experience. I began my career as a musician and educator before being ordained at the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies. With over sixteen years of experience in congregational leadership, I had the privilege of breaking new ground as the first woman Associate Rabbi at Temple Beth Am in Los Angeles and later as the first woman Senior Rabbi at Kol Shofar in Marin County. In these roles, I learned how to lead with courage, hold space with compassion, and help others navigate uncertainty with dignity and hope.
Communities and Organizations
I have supported search committees, guided boards through complex decisions, stepped in for clergy during sabbaticals, and helped communities navigate grief endings while envisioning new possibilities. Informed by my training in Theory U, I offer your team practical tools for sensing what is possible and co-creating the future. At the same time, I help you slow down, listen to your inner self, and discover that the wisdom you seek often resides within you. My ability to do so stems from Jewish mindfulness meditation, shaped by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality.
Individuals
Every person and every community has a unique story worth honoring. I help you tell that story in a way that opens doors—to new vision, deeper connection, and renewed purpose.
Whether you are discerning your next step, guiding a community through transition, or seeking renewed spiritual grounding, I listen deeply and help you see with clarity what is already within your reach. My work is rooted in connection, creativity, and presence.
I would be honored to join you in listening, exploring, and discovering together what’s next.
